Year 5 girls' football tournament at Albion Dome

On Thursday 6th July, we took a team of Year 5 girls to the Albion Dome to participate in an all-girls football tournament against other local schools in order to mark the start of the Women's Euros competition 2022. This was the first time our team sported our new Annie Lennard football kit, kindly purchased for us by one of our families. All girls played well and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Year 6 Freya competing against the rest of the world

Freya Rose was selected to represent the England Team in the Dance World Cup. The World Cup was held in Spain last month. Freya and the rest of Team England competed against other countries and finished 5^th in the world. What an absolute amazing experience and honour to represent our country. Well Done Freya we are extremely proud of you. Congratulations

Annie’s Amblers – sponsored walk to the woods

Nursery and reception enjoyed their walk to the woods on Wednesday 6^th July 2022. Thank you to all the parents who came on the sponsored walk, it was a lovely family feel morning. All children thoroughly enjoyed – especially playing on the park. We had it to ourselves. We look forward to seeing how much money you have raised next week.

September 2022

The government has recently released their white paper. In this it states that by September 2023 all schools must offer 32.5hours a week. We have looked at our timings and we are 5 minutes short of this per day. From September 2022 the school day will be 8.45 to 3.15 to bring us into line with this. 6
